I was thinking of writing about how the sun warmed yesterday, and I saw some early bulbs peeking up in a sunny, sheltered spot, but today it looks more like this.



Photo taken earlier today in Skarpnäcks Koloniområde, allotment gardens not far from here. Spring is such a tease.

That's the worst bit! It's beautiful right now, but it'll be sleet in no time. So sick of winter now.

February is always the worst month for me mental healthwise. I always try to keep myself busy with special projects to avoid cabin fever /depression.

It's a difficult time of year, I hate February too. We feed the birds, that's one of the things that lights up this season for me - constant chatter in the yard, thrushes fighting over peanuts and smaller ones sitting on the window sills pecking at the windows.

Beautiful white :)) It was beautiful suny, but really freezing day and I decided to take a little walk at the old part of Krakow and Main Square area. Also took some pix, that I hopefully will post in a few minutes :)
It all looks so great on pix but frankly speaking I hope it was the last snow this year - I dream of spring, and sun and green grass :)

I hope so too, but it's still early days here - late March is usually when the spring weather becomes more reliable.
