There's more, but I was not photogenic yesterday. Have been inexplicably exhausted today, so this is it for now - I will have a closer look at the rest of them tomorrow.



As usual, it's not completely finished yet, I'm going to add piping to the pocket flaps on the sleeves, and possibly some topstitching on the pockets themselves to keep them from bulging too much (if/when I can be bothered to remove them from the sleeves, and maybe the sleeves from the dress as well). I'm not sure I'm pleased with the cap either. Well, well.

I am pleased with the shoulder pads, though. Just needed to say that again - although I might beef them up even more.

Edit: fuck it, I'm wide awake all of a sudden. A few more (artsy-fartsy, B/W) ones

Thanks. :) Finding riding boots is the difficult bit, there's a huge second hand market, but they're usually too narrow at the top for my calves. Used to have a riding crop lying around, but I think I've lost it or given it away or something...

Brilliant dress and you look stunning!! What lipstick did you use here? Looks like Ruby Woo by MAC, damn I so love red lipsticks and you just made me realize that I haven't used mine for far too long :(

Thanks. :) It's the Kryolan 212 again, over an orange-based fire engine red liner. I love that colour - it's a perfect neutral red, and I can vary the shade a lot with different lip liners.

Brilliant, just brilliant. The piping and badges are placed perfectly, and the use of...arguillette cord? on the cap is inspired. Really stark and striking, and not overdone.
